The future of retirement living is being shaped by a growing population of older adults and increasing demand for senior housing. The number of Americans age 65 and older is projected to grow significantly, with the demand for senior housing growing from 2.2 million units in 2025 to 4 million units by 2040.
Serenity Bridges is approaching that opportunity differently.
Our model brings independent living and assisted living to retirement communities in Mexico, where operating economics can create opportunities for greater personalization while offering residents a compelling alternative for their retirement years.
For investors, Serenity Bridges Fund I provides an opportunity to participate in the real estate supporting that vision.
Serenity Bridges was created around a simple idea: retirement could offer people more without requiring them to spend more to get it.
Our communities are designed to combine a smaller, more personal environment with the advantages of operating in Mexico. The Serenity Bridges model is built around personalized service and an intimate scale, while the difference in operating costs between Mexico and the United States creates a distinct benefit.
The result is a model designed around value for residents while creating a foundation for sustainable community operations. Serenity Bridges Fund I, LLC is an American company established to acquire and hold real estate for the Serenity Bridges portfolio.
Investor capital enables the fund to purchase properties that remain assets of Serenity Bridges Fund I. Serenity Bridges de México S.A. de C.V. then operates the facilities under contract.
This structure connects investor participation to the physical properties behind Serenity Bridges communities.
Serenity Bridges evaluates potential projects and documents viability through demonstrated market interest.
Potential investors receive project information, supporting analysis, and financial terms to evaluate.
Investors participate in Serenity Bridges Fund I, providing capital that allows the fund to purchase real estate. Acquired properties remain assets of the fund.
Serenity Bridges de México S.A. de C.V. operates the community under contract. Lease payments and an agreed percentage of net revenue are paid to Serenity Bridges Fund I.
Agreed investor payments are distributed quarterly according to the terms of the investment.
The Serenity Bridges business plan anticipates lower operating costs in Mexico while offering retirement living at prices below those of comparable U.S. communities. This creates the potential to deliver greater value to residents while supporting the economics of each Serenity Bridges property.
